Plateside takes the guesswork out of eating.

Outside target In target

What to cook, what to buy, and when — sized to your goal, shaped by your blood work. Pick what's flagged on your panel below and watch an example cycle change. No email needed for that part.

How it works

Five steps, and the last one repeats.

Add a lab report

Or skip it and start from a weight goal alone. Nothing you upload ever leaves your phone.

It sets food targets

From researched guideline targets, not a guess — each one with a source.

Builds a rotation

From meals you'd actually cook, on the equipment you already own.

Tracks your stock

As you log meals, and tells you what to buy, at which store, and when.

Test again

Dinner re-shapes itself, and a change waits for the food you already bought to run out first, so nothing is stranded.

Try it — no email needed

Log tonight. Then flag what's on your panel.

This is the mechanism itself, run on an example kitchen: log a plate and stock ticks down toward a store run; pick a flag and future nights swap. Not your plan — nothing here leaves this page.

An example kitchen, not a prescription. The lab's own printed range and your own doctor come first, always — this shows what the app does with a flag, never a verdict on you.

Why this exists

"Eat better" isn't an instruction. It's a homework assignment with no due date.

The gap

A panel comes back, something's flagged, and the plan is "watch your sugar" or "cut back on red meat." True, and useless at the grocery store — and the paid tools that promise something more personal often land in the same place. Nobody hands you the shopping list that goes with it.

The cost

You already paid for the blood work — a panel, a copay, sometimes hundreds out of pocket. The number is expensive. What it should change for dinner has been free advice, which is why it's usually vague.

Your data

Your results stay yours.

Nothing you type or upload ever leaves your phone — including a lab report. No account. No server. Whoever builds this can't see your results, because there's no place to see them from.

No cloud, no telemetry, no third party

No login — your data lives on your device, not ours

The lab's own printed range is always shown, never hidden behind a "score"
